Between 2001 and 2003, Av. Yasin Şimşek worked at Av. Remzi Aydın Law Firm, then received his undergraduate and graduate education at the Faculty of Law of Mcgill University in Canada, and also successfully completed the Certificate of Achievement in International Litigation and Arbitration Courses, Certificate of Proficiency in English programs. Between 2007 and 2009, he worked as a lawyer at Q.F.C Montreal Company and in 2009 at Aksan Law Firm. Between 2010 and 2011, he worked as a lawyer in the International Litigation Follow-up Group of the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) Law Department, and took part in many large files related to international litigation and enforcement follow-up.
In 2011, he founded the Pozitif Law Consultancy Firm and continues to grow his staff day by day as a founding and managing lawyer.
