She graduated from Istanbul Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2015. In 2016, she completed her legal internship and started to practice as a lawyer registered with the Istanbul Bar Association. Since her legal internship, she has worked in different law firms and provided consultancy and litigation services to corporate and individual clients operating in different sectors. Since October 2024, she has been practicing as a freelance lawyer. Av. Tuğba GÜLŞEN has been serving as Of Counsel to PHD Law Belgium since January 2025.

In addition, in 2023, she completed the Basic Mediation Training in accordance with Law No. 6325 and became a mediator affiliated to the Ministry of Justice. She performs her mediation profession as an expert in the fields of Labor Law, Commercial Law, Banking and Finance Law, Construction Law, Consumer Law, Insurance Law and Intellectual Property Law.
